What You Need To Know For Our Visit

Preparing For Your Clean:

1. Please Provide: we kindly ask that you provide a toilet brush and garbage bags (move-out cleans exempt). We provide all product and equipment except these items.

2. Get The Most Out Of The Clean: If you'd like us to spend more time cleaning than tidying, or are on a budget, we highly recommend clearing away clutter, and lifting any items off of floors and surfaces so our team can access areas for easy cleaning.

3. Please let us know if you are an immune compromised home

Sickness Policy:

For COVID-19 and ANY communicable (contagious) sickness you MUST advise us if anyone in the home:
Is showing any symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, cough or fever, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea or nausea.
• Has any signs of any other contagious illness. Please note we do not come into homes with anyone sick.

What If I, Or A Member Of My Household Is Sick When The Team Arrive?
Our team do not come into homes where any contagious illness is present. If you have failed to inform us beforehand and the team arrives to your home, the team will not enter and you will be invoiced for the full clean. We take the health and safety of our team, and subsequent clients very seriously.

We will also not send a sick cleaner in to your home

Our Cancellation Policy:

How Much Notice Must I Give To Cancel My Booking?

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation of your service (unless in case of illness).

What If I Need To Cancel With-In 24-hours Or Less From My Booking?

Please phone us to advise, OR send a text message on our after hours service on: 250-999-9338 ONLY. Not by email. Please note that less than 24hours notice is subject to being invoiced in full for the booking, except in the case of illness.

How Do I Cancel or Change My Booking With More Than 24hrs Notice?

For more than 24 hours notice you can call, text or email us to the email that you received your booking confirmation.

What If I Forgot My Scheduled Clean Or The Team Cannot Get In?

We invoice for the full clean for missed services without prior notice ie: if the team shows up and are turned away, as we still pay our team for showing up for scheduled cleans. It is up to you to know when your service is booked and we recommend setting a reminder in your phones calendar to repeat every 1, 2, or 4 weeks as you are scheduled. Please note that we do not send appointment reminders at this stage.

What If I Have A Regular Scheduled Clean & I Reschedule A Clean?

You're welcome to reschedule a clean with 24 hours notice or more. IF you have a regular scheduled service, your following clean occurs at your original scheduled day and time. This may mean less or more time between cleans depending on when you reschedule to.
